DEFINITIONS

The following terms shall have the following meanings 'Cuteenies’, 'we', or 'us' shall mean Melanie Gilchrist trading as Cuteenies, The Paddocks, Thame Road, Longwick, HP27 9TA. 'The Customer' or 'you' shall mean the party whose name and address are supplied at the time of the order. 'Goods' shall mean any item described for sale on www.cuteenies.co.uk.

ORDERING

When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. A confirmation email will be sent acknowledging your order. Payment will be taken when your order is accepted. Should the goods be no longer available or out of stock we will advise you of this as soon as possible.

PAYMENT

Payment methods accepted are PayPal and all major credit and debit cards. Credit and Debit cards payments are processed on our secure server and are administered by Protx.

ERRORS

Every effort is made to ensure that our website is correct, however, we will not be held liable for error and omissions. In particular, if we have made an error on price, we reserve the right to cancel your order and re-offer the goods to you at the correct price. Your placing an order does not constitute our accepting a contract.

DELIVERY

The purchased items will be sent within two working days of receipt of the order, but an allowance for extra time around Christmas is advised. All goods for UK delivery will be sent using Royal Mail or courier as deemed appropriate by Cuteenies. All goods will be dispatched to the shipping address on the order. If the goods are not in stock, then the order will not be dispatched until all goods are in stock. Carriers for international orders are selected on a per-order basis by Cuteenies. In exceptional cases, where carriage cannot be provided at the cost charged, orders will be refunded in full.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

POSTAGE COSTS

Orders up to £9.99-£1.99

Orders up to £34.99-£2.99

Orders between £35 and £99.99-£3.99

Order over £100-FREE. International shipping will be calculated separately.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have right to cancel your contract up to seven days after the day of delivery. To do this please email or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however, a brief explanation will help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return goods at your own expense. You must ensure that goods are packaged adequately to prevent damage. We suggest that proof of postage is obtained.

We will contact you and agree a resolution to the problem. This would be either a full refund including postage, a replacement item, or any other mutually agreed resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please do not return any goods without contacting us first. It speeds up the process if we have prior knowledge of a problem.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

The above procedure applies to UK orders only.
